Order Issues & Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with our review process, customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, and periods of high order volume.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund once the order has been processed and shipped.

30-Day Warranty Protection

Customers who purchase our optional 30-Day Warranty Protection at checkout receive additional coverage for eligible product issues that occur within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty claims are reviewed individually and may qualify for a replacement product, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and the results of our review process.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
